Aunt Art began before the birth of my first child. As a new mom I found shopping for a boy extremely frustrating. After walking past the rows and rows of choices for girls clothes, to the pathetic selection of boys clothes near the back of the store I was disappointed to find the choices in front of me. The choices were either many shades of blue and sports and occasionally a sailboat. From these shopping experiences I created Aunt Art clothing. As a mom of 2 boys I whole-heartedly understand the types of clothes that children need. I design the clothes with the child in mind. For example all of my 2T –4T pants are elastic waist since most children are in the beginning stages of potty training and the ease of the elastic pants encourages their “potty” success and their independence.

I take great pride in the items I make. I “test run” my designs on my own kids to ensure that they will withstand the wear and tear of childhood and maintain their beauty through the washer and dryer (if appropriate). But if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please email me and we will find a solution to the problem. Though I cannot accept returns because of sizing problems, please check the measurements of each item before ordering.
