    Q: Wholesale
    I have a store in NJ. Do you take wholesale orders?

    A: Yes. I would love to see Aunt Art products in your online or brick and mortar store.
    Select items on the website are available for wholesale. Please email me at AuntArt@gmail.com with your resale tax ID #, business name and phone number and I will be in touch to discuss minimum order requirements and the products available.

    Q: Handmade
    Is every item handmade?

    A: As of right now, I personally make almost every item on my site in my Seattle based work studio. All items are made in the USA.

    Q: Payments
    What type of payments do you accept?

    A: You can pay for your items securely through Paypal. I accept all credit cards and Paypal balance transfers and even checks through Paypal.

    Q: Shipping
    How fast do you ship?

    A: If an item is "In Stock" I will ship out the next day via Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Many items on my site though are "made to order" and I need 7-14 days to complete each order. Typically it won't take me that long but with 2 kids you just never know what the week will be like. After your order is shipped you will receive an email from me with your tracking number.

    Do you ship outside of the USA?



    A: You bet! Please just email me with the items you have in mind to purchase and I will give you a shipping quote.

    Q: Returns
    Can I return and item?

    A: I stand behind my work. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please email me within 14 days and we will discuss the problem. I cannot accept returns due to sizing. Please check the measurements that are listed for each item and measure your child before placing your order. You will not be reimbursed for shipping the item back.

    Q: Mailing List
    How will I know when new products are added to the site?

    A: Join our mailing list. There is a link on the "home" page to subscribe. I only email once a month. So have no fear Aunt Art won't be clogging up your inbox. At any time you can cancel. Just reply to the monthly email and write, "unsubscribe" in the body of the email.

    What is your privacy policy?

    A: I value each customer and I would never sell or trade any of your information including email addresses. I feel honored that you have chosen Aunt Art products and I thank you for trusting an indie designer.

    Q: Gift Certificates
    Can I order a gift certificate?

    A: Yes! You will notice a button to the left "buy a gift certificate", once you click on that link it takes you directly to Paypal where you can chose any dollar amount you would like. The gift certificate can be emailed to the recipient or you may chose to print it out and give it to the recipient yourself.

    Q: Catalog
    Can you mail me a catalog?

    A: No. I am constantly adding new items and taking products away or changing them that I am not at this time able to create a printed catalog.
